Is it too much to ask that you are kept informed regularly of how your case is progressing?
We don’t think so. We think it is your right.
Unfortunately, complaints are often made against solicitors by clients that they are not kept fully up to date on their case.
In these days of much easier communication by email, text etc., we feel there isn’t any excuse for this. Our policy is to make sure that clients know at all times what is happening with their case and are aware of the next developments they can expect.
We also keep you informed as to the issue of costs so that you receive no nasty surprises.
