Contacting Your Solicitor

Do you have difficulty contacting your solicitor?

If you agree to pay for legal services the least you can expect is a prompt response from your solicitor.

Your solicitor will be dealing with many cases at one time. However, it is imperative regardless of how many cases he/she has that you can contact him/her when you need to do so – whether by telephone or email – and get whatever information that you require. If you cannot do this, then you are not getting a good service.

While your solicitor will not always be able to take your call when you ring (particularly if he is involved in dealing with another case), the least you can expect is that you will be phoned back promptly or have a reply to your email.
